We finally had some beautiful weather in Washington, DC! This past weekend I ran the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Miler (as did ~20,000 other people). I will be posting my race recap tomorrow.
I was a little more active this past week than the week before.
Sunday 3/30 – 13.1 miles – LOVE Run Philadelphia Half Marathon
Monday 3/31- 45 minute cycling class at RIDE DC
Tuesday 4/1 – 1 mile run / 2 mile elliptical
Wednesday 4/2 – 1 mile walk
Thursday 4/3 – Rest day
Friday 4/4 – Rest day / Cherry Blossom Expo Volunteering
Saturday 4/5 – 3 mile elliptical (easy pace)
Total: 20.1 miles
Highs included: The half marathon and coming in the top 5 at my cycling class (yeah, I admit, it was a bit crazy of me to do that the day after running 13.1 miles). Lows included: the half marathon weather!
One of my food highlights of the week was post volunteering dumplings at Chinatown Express in D.C. Not the best dumplings I’ve ever had, but tasty.
How was your weekend? Did you do anything fun?
Did you eat anything delicious?
