Today is the TSC New York City Marathon drawing! As you may recall I deferred my 2013 guaranteed entry to this year (I was rejected 3x from the lottery, 2014 is the last year they will offer this type of guaranteed entry).
If you are newer to running, you may find some of the larger races (ten milers, half marathons, or marathons) have implemented lotteries, time qualifications etc. to facilitate the registration process.
Good luck to all those who have entered! Crossing my fingers that one of my good friends, Laurel, gets in!
