TKO Soft Grip Jump Rope Review

Did you know on average a person can burn 10 calories/minute jumping rope?

Do you have jump rope memories from gym class?

Before I left on my vacation I was able to try the new TKO Soft Grip Jump Rope.  When contacted about this opportunity, I thought it would be a good way to add some variation to my cardio workouts.  One of my trainers use to have me jump rope for 2 minutes in between sets, but I would use the jump rope at the gym. 

The glacier and lemon colors were fun and there is a metal ball bearing that helps to prevent tangling.

There is 9 feet of smooth PVC tubing and a non-slip soft grip handle – comfortable and perfect when my hands got a little sweaty!

The packaging also shared a 15 minute workout:

  • jogging step jump (example here)
  • criss cross jump (example here)
  • twisting jump (example here)
  • double under (example here)

I am not the most agile jump roper – I can only perform the basic jump!
