I’ve used Nuun for my hydration ever since the GW Parkway 10 Mile Classic served it at their water stations. If this brand is new to you, Nuun is an electrolyte tab that is added to water.

I follow Nuun on Facebook and Instagram and they often share additional recipes/uses of their Nuun tablets such as:
- Nuun Flavor 1 + Flavor 2 + Water
- Nuun + Tea
- Nuun Jellies
I’ve even seen Nuun + Champagne (which sounds yummy) on someone’s IG account. The other day I saw a posting (I forgot where) for Nuun + Sparkling water; I thought I would give it a try:
I used orange flavored sparkling water and half a watermelon nuun tab.
It was pretty tasty and I liked the added bubbles the sparkling water provided.
