Monthly Goals – April 2015

March was a great month! While I did not meet all my goals, I am feeling much better and fitter compared to February. Today I am going to recap my March goals and share my April goals.  1. Run/Walk/Elliptical 75 miles I ended the month with 79.57 miles (I know...I know....I should have run .43 more miles for the pretty 80).  It was the first time I met my mileage goal since I started sharing my monthly goals in December.  2. Monthly Goals – February 2015

New Lists, New Goals, New Year-2014

December 31, 2013  Happy New Years Eve! I will be spending the evening with friends in Arlington, Virginia (dinner and back to an apartment to ring in 2014). I love making lists and setting goals! Because I was a good b-school student, I tried to make my 2014 goals S.M.A.R.T (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely).  Here they are: Running  Track my weekly mileage Follow a training plan (include speedwork, intervals, hills) Capture/record race splits Create “A”, “B”, and “C”…
