Last week = rain + thunder + lightning.  The upside to all this rain....it cooled DC a bit! Last week was another scorcher...when/will I ever acclimate to the heat? October 27, 2014 Congrats to all the MCM runners this past weekend (10K and Marathoners). Week 19 is complete and we enter Week 20 - yes!!
