Weekly Workout/Training in Review 3/14-3/20

This past week was spent recovering from my chest cold (the one that keeps you up all night). The plus side - I think I got some major ab work from the coughing (I kid I kid).  The negative side - zero running this week, I even got winded from walking! Weekly Workout/Training in Review 3/16-22

March 24, 2014 Hello Monday! Where did the weekend go?  More appropriately the year? 2014 is almost 25% done! Running-wise it has been great! I am able to run 10-11 miles without much thought (yayy), which I attribute to a combination of training through the winter and writing about it (well some of it) on my blog.
