Bonjour de Montreal!
Monday 7/28 – Rest day
Tuesday 7/29– 1/2 mile + 60 minutes personal training
Wednesday 7/30 – Meeting my new twin cousins
Thursday 7/31 – Rest day
Friday 8/1 – Rest day
Saturday 8/2 – Walking / touring Montreal 5-6 hours
Sunday 8/3 – Walking / touring Montreal 5-6 hours
Total: 1/2 mile and change
Yeahhhh… the mileage is not what I had in mind for this week. I got back home late Sunday night and went straight to sleep. While I did not experience much jet lag, I was pretty tired by the end of Monday. The week flew by- spent catching up on work, family, and friends before leaving for Montreal this past Saturday.
I was hoping to get in a longish run while I am in Montreal Saturday or Sunday, but did not have the energy to do so after 5-6 hours of walking around town. Surprisingly I am not feeling anxious (yet) about missing my run, I know I will be able to catch up this week.
