Hello Friday! This afternoon I will be driving to Norfolk, Virginia for the Inaugural Harbor Lights Race Weekend. In addition to running (I am participating in the “Get Lit Challenge” – 5K and half marathon), I will be volunteering at the expo with my fellow J&A ambassadors on Saturday morning.
