Monday 10/6 – 2 miles + 45 minutes cycling + ClassPass DC Launch
Tuesday 10/7 – 2 miles + 60 minutes personal training
Wednesday 10/8 – 60 minutes yoga
Thursday 10/9 – 60 minute barre class + 1 mile + 60 minutes personal training
Friday 10/10 – 45 minute barre class
Saturday 10/11 – 20 miles
Sunday 10/12 – Rest day
Total: 25 miles
And Week 17 is done! The next two weekends call for long runs of 12-14, and 8-10 miles respectively; easy peasy, right? This past weekend was the Chicago Marathon and the Army Ten Miler – fall races for several people I know or “know”. Each day I am getting a little more excited as we approach marathon weekend!
You may have noticed that I attended 3 yoga/barre classes this week. What is that about? Last Monday I was invited to a ClassPass DC Launch event. It was held at SculptDC in Penn Quarter. I will be posting a recap of the event tomorrow.
In other fun news, I received this tweet from Deb last Tuesday.
Remember in July when I ran the PRR Firecracker 5K? One of the sons from TLC’s 19 Kids and Counting ran the race. I knew the son was there prior to the race, but I had no idea I started off running with him behind me! Pretty funny right?
